Yazhini eStore sells digital coloring books as downloadable files. Nothing is shipped, so there are no physical returns. This page explains when refunds may be available.

Why Digital Products Are Different

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, it can’t be returned the way a physical item can. Because of this, refunds for digital coloring books are handled case by case, based on the guidelines below and applicable consumer laws.

When We May Offer a Refund

We may issue a refund or replacement if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The file is corrupted or won’t open, and we can’t fix the problem
• You received the wrong file
• You paid but did not receive access to your download, and we can’t resolve it

When Refunds Are Generally Not Available

Refunds are generally not available if:

• You changed your mind after downloading the file
• You purchased the wrong product and have already downloaded it
• The file works correctly but your device or software can’t open the file format listed on the product page

Please check the product description, previews, and file format before you buy.
